The designer has recruited a transgender model to appear in the ads alongside nine other male and female models. Known as Lea T. (previously Leo), the Brazillian model also happens to be Tisci&#8217;s personal assistant.<\/div>\n<div id=\"_mcePaste\" style=\"position: absolute; left: -10000px; top: 0px; width: 1px; height: 1px; overflow-x: hidden; overflow-y: hidden;\">&#8220;She&#8217;s always been very feminine: superfragile, very aristocratic,&#8221; said Tisci. &#8220;She&#8217;s part of the family.&#8221; He also added that it exemplifies the male-female dichotomy that has become one his design signatures.<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mistermag.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/Givenchy-Fall-Winter-Campaign-by-Mert-Marcus-02.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14955\" style=\"border: 0px initial initial;\" title=\"Givenchy Fall Winter Campaign by Mert &amp; Marcus 02\" src=\"http:\/\/www.mistermag.com.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/05\/Givenchy-Fall-Winter-Campaign-by-Mert-Marcus-02.jpg\" alt=\"Givenchy Fall Winter Campaign by Mert &amp; Marcus 02\" width=\"500\" height=\"363\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Givenchy acaba de romper uma importante barreira no conturbado mundo da diversidade sexual. O diretor criativo da maison, Ricardo Tisci, recrutou uma transexual para posar ao lado de outros nove modelos, homens e mulheres, na campanha de outono-inverno 2011 da grife. Lea T., nascido Leo, \u00e9 brasileira e assistente de Tisci. &#8220;Ela \u00e9 muito feminina, fr\u00e1gil e aristocr\u00e1tica&#8221;, disse ele, que mencionou ainda que a apari\u00e7\u00e3o de Lea nas fotos exemplifica bem a dicotomia do masculino-feminino que se\u00a0tornou\u00a0uma de suas assinaturas de design. A campanha foi fotografada pelo duo Mert Alas e Marcus Piggott, e come\u00e7a\u00a0a circular em julho, na edi\u00e7\u00e3o da L\u2019Uomo Vogue.
